2013 summer blockbusters preview

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, featuring man-of-the-moment Joseph Gordon Levitt and love-of-my-life Josh Brolin in prominent roles, comes to us on October 4^th, eight years after the exceptional original Sin City. What I’m really hoping for is the same fantastic neo-noir style and the mix of new and rising actors and old-school stars (hello, Ray Liotta and Bruce Willis). It’s a stellar cast with solid direction and great writing behind it; this one was pretty much in the bag from the start.
